📢 ICMR Health Communications Internship Program (January 2026 – March 2026)

Organization: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)
Type: Full-time Internship (3 Months)
Location: ICMR HQ or one of 28 ICMR institutes across India
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Intake: Up to 30 interns

🧾 About the Program

The Indian Council of Medical Research invites applications for its 3-month Health Communications Internship, offering hands-on experience in:

Public health communication
Campaign development
Scientific content creation
Outreach & engagement

Interns will gain exposure to national-level health initiatives and work closely with ICMR teams on impactful communication projects.

🎯 Responsibilities

Support ongoing health campaigns
Create communication and outreach materials
Assist in events and public engagement activities
Present a capstone project
Submit a final internship report to ICMR

🎓 Eligibility

Applicants must:

Be Indian citizens under 28 years (as of Oct 30, 2025)
Be final-year UG/PG students OR recent graduates (within 2 years)
Have minimum required marks:
- UG: 55% or CGPA 5.7
- PG: 50% or CGPA 5.2
Possess strong communication skills in English + one regional language
Preferably have skills in MS Office, Canva, or Photoshop
