About the Role
Vayodaanta Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Controller to oversee quality standards across raw materials, production processes, and finished nutraceutical products. The role requires strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Maintain aseptic and hygienic conditions across production and packaging
- Implement and monitor QC procedures
- Maintain QC documentation as per standards
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory guidelines
Eligibility
- Degree in Food Technology / Confectionery
- Knowledge of food safety norms and quality standards
- Prior QC experience in food products (preferred)
- Ability to work with laboratory instruments and maintain technical records
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of QC/QA protocols
- Working knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards
- High attention to detail
