🧫 About the Lab
The Khader Lab at the University of Chicago focuses on understanding immune mechanisms in tuberculosis (TB) and developing novel vaccine platforms to improve global TB control. The lab integrates immunology, vaccinology, and host-pathogen biology to design and evaluate next-generation TB vaccines.
🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to join our dynamic research group to work on novel vaccine platforms for tuberculosis. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge translational immunology and vaccine research, contributing to high-impact publications and collaborations.
🧬 Desired Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related fields
- Strong background in cellular immunology, animal models, or vaccine development
- Proven research experience with publications in relevant journals
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
