π Minimum Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or a closely related discipline.
π§ͺ Required Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience with in vivo immunogenicity models (essential).
- Strong technical skills in:
- Mammalian cell culture
- Molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, qPCR, etc.)
- Cell biology assays
- Proteomics and genomics workflows
- Flow cytometry (acquisition + analysis)
- ELISA (development & troubleshooting)
- Experience working in a GLP / regulatory lab is preferred.
- Good record of experimental design, data analysis and scientific documentation.
β What the Role Involves
- Design and execute in vivo immunogenicity studies.
- Maintain mammalian cell lines and run downstream molecular/cell biology assays.
- Lead/assist experiments involving flow cytometry, ELISA, proteomics/genomics.
- Prepare reports, contribute to SOPs, and ensure GLP-compliant record keeping where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance translational projects.
