🔬 What You’ll Work On
Tea Product Research & Development
Conduct research on tea processing, develop new tea products, formulations, and blends, and support innovation initiatives.
Product & Process Improvement
Improve existing tea products and manufacturing processes to enhance quality, yield, efficiency, and sustainability.
Quality Evaluation
Analyze raw materials and finished products, conduct sensory evaluations, and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Research Documentation
Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, trials, experimental data, technical reports, and research findings.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and marketing teams to support new product development and process optimization.
Continuous Innovation
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and research advancements while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
🎯 Ideal Candidates
You hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Bio Systems, or a related discipline.
You have at least 2 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably in the tea or food industry.
You possess knowledge of tea processing, quality control, food safety standards, and product development.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and research skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to manage multiple projects independently will be an advantage.
