๐ฌ What You’ll Work On
Germinal Center Responses & Antibody-Mediated Immunity
Investigate the mechanisms underlying germinal center responses and their role in the generation and regulation of antibody-mediated immune responses.
Tfh & Tfr Cell Biology
Study follicular helper T (Tfh) cells and follicular regulatory T (Tfr) cells, with a particular focus on Tfr cell heterogeneity and their functional roles.
Tfr Cell Heterogeneity
Characterize the diversity of Tfr cells and investigate their tissue-specific and inflammation-dependent adaptation.
Human Samples & Mouse Models
Conduct research using both human samples and mouse models to investigate immune responses and autoimmune diseases.
Advanced Immunological Technologies
Apply high-dimensional approaches, including:
- Multicolor and high-dimensional flow cytometry
- Single-cell transcriptomics
- Spatial transcriptomics
- Advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques
Autoimmune Disease Research
Investigate the role of germinal center responses and Tfr cell heterogeneity in the development and progression of autoimmune diseases.
