🔬 Role: Associate Scientist – R&D Synthesis
📍 Location: Aragen Life Sciences
🧪 Qualification: MSc in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry / Chemistry
💼 Experience: 4–8 years in R&D Synthesis & NCE Development
🕒 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize new chemical entities (NCEs) for drug discovery and development.
- Apply deep knowledge of organic & medicinal chemistry to design and execute synthesis routes.
- Manage laboratory operations with best practices in safety, efficiency, and documentation.
- Collaborate with innovative R&D scientists in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Strong fundamentals in synthetic & medicinal chemistry.
- Proven expertise in R&D synthesis workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to innovation-driven drug discovery projects.
