🔬 Research Officer – Process Safety | R&D ⚗️

At Aarti Industries, process safety is more than a requirement—it’s a core responsibility. Our R&D Process Safety team plays a critical role in ensuring every innovation is supported by robust science, reliable data, and safe execution.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process safety studies using DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP, RC1e, MIE, and Flash Point equipment
- Generate and interpret high-quality safety data from experiments
- Ensure strict adherence to risk assessments, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Maintain excellent lab safety standards, housekeeping, and equipment care
- Collaborate closely with process safety and analytical teams to support safe scale-up activities
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on process safety laboratory experience
- Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) or BE/BTech (Chemical)
- Strong safety-first mindset with keen attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative team player eager to grow in an R&D environment
