Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and facilities.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO.
- Manage and investigate customer complaints related to product quality.
- Train and support staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities and findings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
