Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Applicant should hold a Ph.D. (for Postdoctoral fellow) and associated experiences (for PhD scholar) in any related subject (Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, etc) for Postdoctoral fellow and PhD scholar.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
