Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager (IPQA – M1) | Biosimilars | Pune
Lupin India is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (IPQA – M1) to support biosimilars manufacturing operations at our Pune site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IPQA activities during on-line biosimilars production
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs
- Review batch manufacturing records and QA documentation
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and inspection preparedness
- Support and participate in US FDA inspections and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in IPQA within biosimilars
- Strong knowledge of GMP, audits, batch records, and compliance
- Hands-on exposure to US FDA regulatory inspections
- Educational background in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related disciplines
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
