🎯 Role Overview

As a Tea & Health Executive, you will work closely with R&D leadership in the Beverages Science & Technology team. You will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge plant-based technologies, focusing on tea secondary metabolites, health benefits, and sensorial experience.

🧠 Key Skills & Knowledge

Strong lab-based skills in biochemistry, molecular biology, life sciences
Knowledge of nutritional biochemistry and human metabolic processes
Familiarity with natural product chemistry and plant-based secondary metabolites
Practical interest in R&D experiments across labs, pilot plants, and manufacturing setups
Awareness of emerging global science trends in nutrition and wellness
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external science partners

🧪 Responsibilities

Work with beverage R&D leaders on tea metabolite pathways & health applications
Develop and validate scientific technologies to improve consumer benefit & product performance
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and ecosystem partners
Prepare scientific dossiers and nutritional claims documentation
Research functional actives using clinical data, scientific literature & Ayurvedic principles

🎓 Qualification & Experience

MSc in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology
BE/BTech in Biotechnology/Biochemistry
6–12 months of experience in R&D (FMCG or academic research)
