Position: Research Trainee / Research Associate
Preferred qualification: M.sc. Biochemistry (or) m.sc. Biotechnology/mtech biotech
Preferred candidate: Male
Preferred experience: 1 to 2 yrs
Preferred profile for experience: Preferred candidates with 0 to 2 yrs of experience in Downstream R&D; handling chromatography systems spectrophotometer/electrophoresis/ chromatography protein techniques etc.
- Should be strong in basics.
- Should be a good team player with good inter personal skills.
Job description: To handle all the basic techniques in the lab like reagent preparation, Gel electrophoresis, ELISA, Protein purification estimations.
Operation and maintenance of Spectrophotometer, ELISA plate reader, FPLC, etc, should have basic knowledge in stability.
- To involve in the process development / technology transfer of plasma derived therapeutic proteins.
