๐ Qualification: M.Tech / B.Tech / PhD
๐ผ Experience: 2 โ 8 years
๐ Levels: Scientist / Sr. Scientist / Principal Scientist / Assistant / Deputy Manager
๐ฌ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fermentation processes for biomolecules.
- Work with Streptomyces, Saccharomyces, E. coli & fungal cultures.
- Study metabolic pathways and suggest strain development strategies.
- Introduce new technologies for strain/process development.
- Manage scale-up concepts, data analysis, trend plotting & model building.
- Utilize software such as Ansys, MATLAB, MINITAB, JMP (preferred).
- Conduct laboratory experiments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Document research data and ensure compliance with Quality & EHS activities.
- Drive lab-to-plant scale-up and evaluate new product opportunities.
๐ Desired Profile:
- Hands-on expertise in microbial fermentation & bioprocess development.
- Strong analytical skills with scale-up and process optimization experience.
- Proficiency in bioprocess simulation and statistical analysis tools.
