- Role: Junior Bioinformatician

🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Work on Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data including WGS, WES, Transcriptomics, Metagenomics, and Single-cell analysis.
- Develop and optimize bioinformatics pipelines for research and diagnostics.
- Contribute to designing diagnostic panels for clinical applications.
- Collaborate with scientists and clinicians to generate actionable biological and clinical insights.
✅ Requirements
- MSc in Bioinformatics or a related field (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and version control (Git).
- Programming skills in Python, R, Perl or similar.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
🌟 Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Familiarity with NGS analysis tools (e.g., GATK, STAR, DESeq2).
- Experience with workflow managers like Nextflow or Snakemake.
- Interest in machine learning for biological data.
