Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain non-model bacterial cultures routinely using aseptic
microbiology techniques. - Perform routine cloning tasks, including PCR amplification,
restriction digestion, and ligation. - Construct and transform synthetic DNA constructs for episomal or
genomic expression of reporters and proteins of interest in nonmodel bacteria. - Conduct protein expression and purification experiments.
- Manage and coordinate complex experimental schedules and
prioritize tasks within a broader team.
Academics & Experience: M.Sc./B.E, with a 2-year academic or
industrial experience in Biotechnology or Pharma Industry.
Location: Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP),
Bangalore
