Wockhardt Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Research Scientist – Bioanalytical Research to join its Bioanalytical Research & Development team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmaceutical professionals with expertise in bioanalytical method development, validation, and laboratory compliance who are looking to contribute to innovative drug research.
🔬 What You’ll Work On
Bioanalytical Method Development
Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for both large and small molecules in compliance with industry standards.
Method Validation & Data Verification
Review, verify, and evaluate raw data, chromatograms, and analytical records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Laboratory Operations
Supervise analysts and ensure the smooth execution of bioanalytical laboratory activities.
Project Execution
Ensure timely completion of method development, validation, sample analysis, and research projects.
GLP Compliance & Reporting
Compile analytical data, prepare final reports, and maintain Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance throughout laboratory operations.
🎯 Ideal Candidates
You hold a B.Pharm. or M.Pharm. degree from a recognized institution.
You have 8–10 years of experience in Bioanalytical Research and Development within the pharmaceutical industry.
You possess hands-on experience in bioanalytical method development, method validation, chromatogram evaluation, and laboratory documentation.
Experience working in GLP-compliant laboratories and supervising analytical teams will be an added advantage.
