Women’s Leadership in STEM Entrepreneurship

Applications are now open for “Women’s Leadership in STEM Entrepreneurship”, a fully funded leadership development program jointly offered by the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), Grand Challenges India, and WomenLift Health.

This program is designed for mid- to senior-career women entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders working in STEM and public health across India. It aims to strengthen leadership capacity and enable improved outcomes through intentional and transformative leadership development.

A total of 30 women STEM entrepreneurs will be selected to participate in a one-year, part-time program, delivered in a hybrid format that includes virtual sessions and in-person workshops. Participants will gain access to practical tools and leadership frameworks, develop inclusive leadership styles, build diverse and supportive networks, and enhance their voice, presence, and influence—all while continuing their full-time professional commitments.
