📢 We’re Hiring: Qualitative Researcher (Full-Time / Part-Time)
The Koita Centre for Digital Health, Ashoka University (KCDH-A) is inviting applications from skilled Qualitative Researchers to support the development of India’s flagship framework for responsible and equitable AI in healthcare — the National AI Strategy for Health (NAISH).
🔍 Role Overview
- Lead qualitative research and analysis on AI adoption within India’s health system, covering governance, workforce, ethics, infrastructure, and system readiness
- Document national and regional consultations, producing clear notes, summaries, and thematic insights from diverse stakeholders
- Translate research findings into structured inputs, reports, and policy recommendations to support finalization of the NAISH framework
👤 Who Should Apply
Professionals with experience in qualitative research, health systems, policy consultations, or digital/AI governance. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a policy-driven environment. Travel for consultations may be required.
📍 Engagement & Location
- Full-time (project-based) or part-time/consultant roles with defined deliverables
- Hybrid/remote working model with travel across India as needed
