This opportunity is ideal for experienced chemists who are eager to contribute to cutting-edge drug discovery programs, lead medicinal chemistry projects, and collaborate with global research teams to accelerate innovation in life sciences.
🔬 What You’ll Work On
Lead and manage drug discovery and medicinal chemistry programs for global clients.
Plan and execute complex, multi-step organic synthesis reactions from milligram to gram scale.
Interpret analytical data including NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and IR to confirm compound structures.
Design and synthesize novel compounds to support hit identification, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization projects.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to junior scientists and project teams.
Review experimental data, scientific reports, patents, and technical publications.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high scientific and quality standards.
Contribute to proposal preparation, client presentations, and regular project updates.
🎓 You’re a Good Fit If
You hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry/Chemistry with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
OR
You hold an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/Chemistry with 9–15 years of industrial experience.
You have strong expertise in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and analytical characterization.
You enjoy working in collaborative, research-driven environments with global teams.
