Bachwell Pharma is inviting applications for the positions of Research Associate and Senior Research Associate – DMPK. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in bioanalytical method development, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK), LC-MS/MS-based bioanalysis, and drug discovery research. 🔬 What You’ll Work On
Bioanalytical Method Development & Validation
Develop, optimize, and validate robust bioanalytical methods for small molecules, peptides, and novel drug candidates using LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS across biological matrices.
Routine Sample Analysis & ADME Studies
Perform in vitro and in vivo bioanalysis for ADME and pharmacokinetic studies, including metabolic stability, permeability assays, plasma protein binding, CYP inhibition, and non-clinical PK sample analysis.
Instrumentation & Technical Troubleshooting
Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced analytical instruments including Waters, Agilent, Shimadzu LC systems and AB Sciex, Thermo, and Waters mass spectrometers.
Pharmacokinetic Data Analysis
Process chromatographic data, quantify analytes using industry-standard software, support pharmacokinetic calculations, and prepare bioanalytical reports.
Documentation & Laboratory Compliance
Maintain laboratory notebooks, LIMS records, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and scientific reports while ensuring high-quality laboratory practices.
🎯 Ideal Candidates
You hold an M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or a related discipline.
You have 4–8 years of experience for the Research Associate role or 8–12 years of experience for the Senior Research Associate role.
You possess hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS, bioanalytical method development, DMPK, ADME, and pharmacokinetic studies.
You have strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and scientific reporting skills with experience working in regulated laboratory environments.
