🔬 About the Internship:

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through its premier lab DRDE Gwalior, invites applications for its Paid Internship Program for students currently pursuing degrees in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, and Engineering.

This is a unique opportunity to work on defense-related R&D projects, gain hands-on laboratory experience, and earn a stipend during your academic training.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Indian Nationals only
Must be currently enrolled in a recognized university/institute (AICTE/UGC approved)
Minimum 75% marks or CGPA ≥ 7.5

Subject-Wise Eligibility:

Subject Code	Subject Area	Qualifications Required
01	Biological Sciences	M.Sc. (3rd/4th Sem) / B.Tech. (7th/8th Sem) in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Immunology
02	Chemical Sciences	M.Sc. (3rd/4th Sem) in Organic, Inorganic, or Analytical Chemistry
03	Engineering	B.Tech. (7th/8th Sem) or M.Tech. (1st/2nd year) in Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or Computer Science

Age Limit: Below 28 years as of 15 July 2025

💰 Stipend Details:

₹5,000/month
Paid in two installments: ₹15,000 after 3 months and ₹15,000 after 6 months

🧪 Selection Procedure:

Shortlisting based on academic performance & referral letter
Interaction via telephonic or video call, if required
Selected candidates must sign confidentiality & IT rules compliance undertakings

On-site internship only; no accommodation or travel allowance (TA/DA) provided
Attendance is mandatory; sick leave only with medical proof
Electronic devices not allowed inside DRDE premises (phones, laptops, pen drives, etc.)
Internship completion certificate will be issued only after submission of project reports
