As an Associate Scientist – LFIA Development, you will be responsible for:
- 🔬 Assay Development – Design & validate LFIA-based diagnostic assays
- ⚗️ Conjugation & Optimization – Optimize conjugate pads, buffers, and nanoparticle-labeling
- 📊 Performance Testing – Conduct sensitivity, specificity, and stability studies
- 📁 Lab Documentation – Maintain accurate experiment records and regulatory documentation
🧠 Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of immunoassay principles
- Hands-on experience with lateral flow diagnostics
