🔬 Position: Research Officer
We are looking for a highly skilled Research Officer with expertise in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology to join our dynamic R&D team at Star Hi Herbs. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced probiotic, nutraceutical, food supplement, and phyto-pharmaceutical product development.
✅ Eligibility:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology
- Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in probiotics, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical formulations
🧪 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize advanced probiotic, nutraceutical, food supplement, and phyto-pharmaceutical formulations
- Conduct microbial culturing, isolation, identification, and characterization using classical & molecular biology techniques
- Hands-on experience in End Point PCR, AGE, SDS-PAGE, RT-PCR, HCP assays, and other bioanalytical tools
- Perform data analysis, result interpretation, and calculations for experimental outcomes
- Write high-quality scientific research articles for publication in high-impact journals
🔑 Required Skills:
- Strong background in molecular biology & microbiology techniques
- Expertise in bioanalytical assays and R&D lab operations
- Excellent scientific writing & documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
