💼 What You’ll Work On
Customer Data Management
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system while ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
Customer Communication
Support customer records and communication and assist with maintaining effective customer relationships.
Lead Tracking & Follow-ups
Assist in lead tracking, follow-ups, and data management to support the company’s business development activities.
Sales Team Support
Generate reports and provide support to the sales team with customer insights and relevant CRM information.
CRM Updates
Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in the CRM system.
🎯 Ideal Candidates
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
- BBA
- B.Com
- B.Sc.
- B.A.
- BCA
- Any relevant graduate degree
Candidates should have:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Office and Excel
- A quick-learning and organized approach
- Strong attention to detail
Freshers with a keen interest in CRM and customer relationship management are encouraged to apply.
